Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Each item is carefully prepared and packed by hand. During busy seasons or shop updates, processing times may be slightly longer—any delays will be clearly communicated.
Shipping Method
Orders are shipped via USPS (First Class or Priority, depending on weight and size). Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries. Delivery times vary by location and may take 2–4 weeks. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes required by their country.
Packaging
Your order will be packaged securely to protect your fabrics in transit. We use clean, minimal packaging whenever possible.
Returns & Lost Packages
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact your local post office first.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to help.
